Rezilient Health Code of Conduct

Rezilient Health has developed this Code of Conduct to establish clear expectations for Rezilient members to ensure a safe, friendly, and respectful environment free of harassment, bullying, and discrimination for all members of our Rezilient community, including members and Rezilient representatives.
Members are expected to:
• Treat all other members, employees, and individuals they interact with as a part of their Rezilient service experience with respect and dignity
• Respect Rezilient property and the property of other persons
• Follow all safety policies and instructions provided while engaging in Rezilient services
• Contribute in cultivating a safe, friendly, and respectful environment
The following behavior will not be tolerated and is considered violations of our code of conduct:
- Physical or verbal threats or assaults;
- Discriminatory behavior based on race, accent, gender affiliation, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, or other personal traits;
- Refusal to see or work with a provider or other staff based on personal traits
- Disruptive or disorderly conduct ;
- Damage or theft of business equipment or property;
- Threats of violence, offensive or abusive comments, or sexual or physical harassment either in person or through phone calls, letters, voicemail, email, text message, or other forms of written, verbal, or electronic communication (including through the Rezilient Platform);
- Sexual or physical harassment ;
- Sexual, vulgar, or offensive words or actions (including clothing);
- Possessing firearms or other weapons on Rezilient premises;
- Possessing illegal drugs or controlled substances on Rezilient premises or engaging in services under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or controlled substances;
- Using or attempting to use one’s membership for recruitment or solicitation purposes;
- Disrupting another member’s care or experience
- Audio and/or video recording of Rezilient representatives or facilities.
Violations of this Code of Conduct will be determined by Rezilient in its sole discretion and may result in the expulsion from Rezilient facilities and suspension or termination of current or future services. Rezilient reserves the right to notify the appropriate legal authorities, including referral to law enforcement, for violations of this Code of Conduct.
If you witness or are the target of any of these behaviors, please report it to a Rezilient representative.
