Introducing Rezilient Multispecialty Care

April 1, 2025

Today marks another milestone in Rezilient Health’s growth with the launch of our two new sub-brands — Rezilient Primary Care and Rezilient Multispecialty Care — along with our first specialty care programs Musculoskeletal Health and Weight Loss.

While we’ve always been centered around primary care, our new Multispecialty Care vertical allows us to introduce focused specialty programs to address the most critical healthcare needs of our patient populations. Our specialists will work alongside our primary care providers that our patients already know and trust to deliver care  for zero dollars out of pocket to patients.

Our employer customers also get a more unified experience and no longer have to juggle multiple point solutions that struggle to prove their value. Integrating specialty care into established primary care will continue to help employers contain their healthcare costs, while offering their people a faster time to treatment and better health.

Rezilient Musculoskeletal Health

Musculoskeletal conditions affect more than half of Americans, impacting both employee wellbeing and company finances. The data is compelling: over 50% of working US adults experience musculoskeletal conditions that limit productivity and increase healthcare costs, not to mention cause pain, impair function, and substantially reduce workplace efficiency.

Three out of four employers now rank musculoskeletal conditions among their top two health cost drivers, with companies spending a staggering $353 billion annually on treatments. That's nearly 15% of all employer medical costs.

Rezilient Musculoskeletal Health combines physical therapy with primary care, a combination of care that is proven to have better outcomes than MSK-only solutions.

Rezilient Weight Loss

While GLP-1 medications have gained attention for their effectiveness in weight loss, adherence and sustained results have varied widely.

Some 58% of patients discontinue these medications within 12 weeks, according to the findings of a recent study, with data from more than 170,000 commercial health plan members dating back to 2014. Research has shown patients taking GLP-1s should “complete at least 12 weeks of continuous treatment” in order to see clinically meaningful results, which is defined as at least a 5% weight loss, according to the study.

There’s no question that GLP-1s are an effective tool, but they're not a silver bullet. Long-term success requires deeper lifestyle adjustments to have long-term, sustainable health effects, with 50-70% of former users regaining their body weight post GLP-1 use.

Rezilient Weight Loss is built on GLP-1 management integrated personalized nutrition and lifestyle modification as an integrated, holistic Weight Loss program that maximizes the effectiveness of GLP-1s over the long term. The program balances science with the art of behavioral change with personalized nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle change plans, to help create healthier behaviors that last and can result in hundreds of dollars in annual savings per employee per point decrease in BMI.

Our Multispecialty Care roadmap

Initially we’ll be seeing patients for Musculoskeletal Health and Weight Loss treatment in our St. Louis CloudClinics before rolling out the programs to our other CloudClinics across the country, and introducing other specialties over the next 12 months.

With our Multispecialty Care programs delivered alongside our high standard of primary care in the same hybrid model, we’re aiming to deliver even better outcomes and a quality of life that Americans deserve, while helping employers control their healthcare costs.
