What does it cost for my employees to go to Rezilient?
Nothing.
Rezilient is provided as a $0 out of pocket benefit to your and their dependents 7 years and older who are covered on your company's health plan. This includes $0 copay for their visit, $0 deductible, and $0 for any services provided as part of their visit (lab collection, point of care testing, strep tests, covid test, etc.)
What if someone doesn't want to leave their doctor?
We understand and respect that people have a relationship with other providers and we'll never ask them to leave their current doctor if they're happy with them. However we do recommend completing a visit with us to establish a baseline in case their needs change.
What specialties are included in a Rezilient benefit?
Members get access to providers across 70 different specialties, including but not limited to: cardiology, dermatology, urology, ENT, gastroenterology, etc.
What happens if a member needs to see a provider outside of Rezilient?
If a referral is placed to a provider outside of Rezilient, the dedicated Care Coordination team will work with the member's insurance to provide a referral to an in-network provider. Our goal is to keep every aspect of our members' healthcare convenient and affordable.
Are labs and imaging covered by a Rezilient benefit?
Rezilient can draw labs at any CloudClinic appointment, for $0 out of pocket to the member, which will then be processed at an off-site facility. Depending on the guidelines set by the member's insurance network, they may need to cover an additional balance. If an imaging order is placed, the member's dedicated Care Coordination team will work with their insurance network to provide a referral to an in-network imaging facility. Our goal is to keep every aspect of our members' healthcare convenient and affordable.
Are medications prescribed by a Rezilient provider free?
In some cases, we do administer medications at the time of an appointment. Any medication that is administered at a Rezilient appointment will be at a $0 cost to the member. Rezilient will always ensure we are prescribing the most cost effective medications as outlined in the pharmacy benefits through your insurance network.
Is Rezilient insurance?
No. Members are still covered by their insurance benefit, while Rezilient gives them access to comprehensive healthcare at $0 cost to them.
Then why do you need a member's insurance card?
We need a member's insurance information for a couple of reasons: to order medication from their pharmacy; if we need to refer outside of Rezilient, some providers need to make sure they're in-network before they make an appointment; and to process the labs that we draw on-site so they don’t get billed a cash pay amount.
What’s the difference between going to a CloudClinic and telehealth?
In a CloudClinic appointment, our medics will take vitals and launch the appointment with the member's remote primary care physician on the CloudClinic's smart screen. They'll assist the physician during the appointment, take labs and send off their scripts.
In a telehealth appointment, members can be in whatever location is convenient for them. They log in to the Rezilient app on their device and the appointment will take place entirely by video.
Can members go to any CloudClinic?
Yes! Every doctor is available at every CloudClinic so members can choose the one that’s most convenient for you.

Can I get new prescriptions and prescription renewals?
We make it easy to request and renew prescriptions. When a member has an appointment either in a CloudClinic or by telehealth, their provider will assess the proper course of treatment. If a prescription is required, we can send a prescription electronically to the pharmacy of their choice for them to pick up there.
